RailSuraksha CDMS(RPF Complaint & Disaster Management) App has been developed with the aim to take immediate action on emergencies and to resolve passengers complaints in Central Railway Jurisdiction.
In case of any emergency the user can directly call to 182 All India RPF Helpline provided through the application which will connect to the nearest RPF Control Room. A Panic button has also been provided to the user in the application so as to alert RPF and other enforcement agencies to respond to the emergency situation at the earliest.
Any user can register a complaint related to the security issues in the Central Railway Jusrisdiction.This complaint is followed up by the concerned officials and is resolved. The resolved status and result of the complaint is indicated to the user on the application and the user can reply to the action taken by the officials, if he is satisfied or wants any more improvements.
Information of Railway stations in Central Railway, Ambulance, Police contact nos.etc.have also been provided through the application.
